Drawing
acts as the foundation for most forms of visual art and a great
way to experiment with new ideas.
Throughout
my life, it has been the one consistent
thing I've done artistically. And
what's great about drawing
is that
it's portable and
that
it doesn't require a lot of materials — giving me the opportunity
to create anytime,
anywhere.
My approach to drawing is more like stream-of-consciousness
prose where I let the images flow spontaneously from my imagination.
This improvisational process to drawing allows me to instantly
capture my mood in the images I create.
Subjects: abstract faces, cityscapes, and the figure.
